The design of Star City is centered on people and attempts to emphasize the closeness between human beings and the natural environment. It also highlights the importance of privacy to the internal environment. It utilizes the following to create spatial richness in the design.       First, a line, is formed from the N.E corner to the S.W corner, which perfectly fits into the direction of the main view of the land, A visual aisle is placed on this line. The big oasis shaped by this aisle forms the public playground for all the residents. The view, with this basic theme, enriches the concept of environment design.       Second, 17 clusters are formed within the residential area; each by 6 to 11 residential buildings. With the elegant decoration of the entrance and the separation of noisy and quiet area, a quasi-private space is formed. We call this the small oasis, which will be used mainly by the residents within this cluster, and has its own main entrance. Vehicles are prohibited from entering this closed cluster. This environment will benefit people's communication and increase the sense of safety. It also encourages better management.       The small and big oases are the spirit of this design, materialized by small and big circles. Walking paths link the small and big oases, and the residents will be able to enjoy this green, fresh environment safely and comfortably. The big oasis has the quiet area especially designed for the elderly and the noisy area for kids and youths. Within the center of the oasis, a central club is built to serve all the residents.
