This is an ideal community comprising of buildings
grouped into clusters and centered on landscaped
gardens. Pedestrian traffic is completely separated from
vehicular traffic. Because of this design, children can
play freely and safely wherever they are in the
community. Also, neighbours are face to specialist with
each other, which is the life that people seek after
a-long-day of hard work. This was the aim through out
the design.
Planning: the
residents will feel much safer, homely and proud. Wall,
column and grid roof also enrich the outlook of the
architecture.
Phase I to
Phase III, with 600 flats, were put into use in 2001.
Phase IV now is under construction.
