Hai Yu Peninsula Garden is located on an 110,000m2 peninsula, with about one quarter of the site used for building. The landscaped area occupies about 54,000m2 of the site. Phase I and II have been occupied from the beginning of 2002.

       The green belt of Hai Yu Peninsula Garden is full of natural atmosphere; the towers are raised from the ground to create linked but separated oases. The shaded green belt channels, the regional gardens and external sea views are naturally united in one piece. High-class resort type clubhouse, landscaped swimming pool and artificial beach are combined to symbolize a lively sub tropical Hawaiian living style. 

       Hai Yu Peninsula Garden, is adjacent to the Shihua Mountain facing the Jiuzhou Bay, is a high-class residential project with the best sea view along the coast of Zhuhai. Each flat has a balcony and a full-height glass window, which allows tenant to merge with the nature. The Y-type floor plan has six combinations ranging from 8 to 15 floors.
