Shunchi Square is a high quality residential development of the Shunchi Group.

        Located in the center of Tianjin City, the site lies in a very central area which makes it easily accessible by various kinds of traffic. The limitation of area strengthens the challenges for designing a very luxurious, spacious ensemble of buildings.

        For achieving the goal of developing a large, beautiful garden on this small site, we chose to design high-rise residential Buildings (each floor two to four units), surrounding a big courtyard. By segregating vehicles from pedestrians, we created a courtyard, with natural and quiet atmosphere of a green oasis in the center of the city.

        A "Modern" or a "New classical"style can be applied on the elevations of the towers to give the client two options from which to choose from.
