Regents Park is located at the Changning District of Shanghai,The site area of the project is around 36,000m? and a GFA around 190,000m²

1) Home as a garden 
In this development, the overall planning strategy is centered on environmental issues, such as natural lighting, ventilation and greenery space. Residential units are placed along the periphery of the site with reasonable set back from the busy traffic. A large garden is located at the center to provide a comfortable and natural outdoor space. This spacious garden provides an oasis measuring approximately 80 meters on four sides, thus allows natural lighting and cross ventilation to the residential towers.
