This development is a high class development combining residential, commercial and hotel on a site of 3.25 ha, and is the largest development of the locality. The design takes full advantage of its location within a cultural/educational district, and assembles different uses including residential, commercial, leisure and hotel to create a new bright spot within the city plan of Chengde.

       The mixed-use characteristic is fully expressed in the design such that it will become a center of activities, in order to lead the further development of the area. Also, the design is the realization of the planning concept based on the idea of enclosed courtyards. The layout is spatially enclosed from the inside, and rich in variation from the outside. The design also embodied the use of environmental planning concepts.

       The towers are slab blocks and consist of 2 units per floor, in mid-rise and high-rise form. The external appearance is in an elegant arc, while internally, rooms are planned to maximize views, cross ventilation and sunlight. Overlooking of flats is avoided. Also, the location of the hotel takes full advantage of the garden and helps to integrate the overall environment.

       Lastly, the planning allows the development to be completed in different phases.
