The Hui Jing development covers a site area of 0.76 million m² and provides a GFA of 1.58 million m²  The development comprises of a residential area of 1.25 million m? with an area of 0.10 million m² for commercial facilities and a basement carparking area of 0.23 million m²  providing 6,000 parking spaces and housing a population of about 35,000.        The whole development comprises of low-rise, medium-rise and high-rise buildings designed in harmony and to a high standard. Facing south, each unit enjoys natural ventilation and lighting. There is a clear differentiation between active and passive zoning of indoor space.
