       The Hui Jing development covers a site area of 0.76 million m2 and provides a GFA of 1.58 million m The development comprises of a residential area of 1.25 million m? with an area of 0.10 million m2 for commercial facilities and a basement carparking area of 0.23 million m providing 6,000 parking spaces and housing a population of about 35,000.
